✔️ Directions For Use: Ironorm Capsule
- As a dietary supplement before and during pregnancy: it is recommended to take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
- To treat iron deficiency: it is recommended to take 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals.

Ascorbic acid, Ferrous sulfate, Folic acid, Nicotinamide, Riboflavin, Thiamine hydrochloride, Inactive ingredients: Vegetable oil, Fat mix, Lecithin, Gelatin, Glycerin, Sorbitol solution, Potassium sorbate, Black iron oxide, Carmine red, Yellow iron oxide, Titanium dioxide.
